A free ferry ride for guests takes you directly to Barra Beach near Posto 4, perfect for relaxing, walking, or outdoor workouts.

The neighborhood offers supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, gyms, and plenty of everyday services. Just a few meters away is Barra Prime, a local shopping plaza with restaurants, cafés, a beauty salon, gourmet shops, and other useful amenities. The area also features bike lanes and green walking paths along the Marapendi Canal.

Mobility is another strong point: besides Avenida das Américas and BRT lines, the Jardim Oceânico metro station is just a short ride away by car or app, connecting you quickly to Rio’s South Zone and downtown.

Santos Dumont Airport is about 29 km away (around 30 minutes by car), and Galeão International Airport (GIG) is approximately 33 km (roughly 35 minutes, depending on traffic). The Novo Rio Bus Terminal is around 30 km, with an average travel time of 35 to 40 minutes.

The condominium offers one visitor parking space. However, during peak periods such as Carnival and New Year’s Eve, the garage may reach full capacity and the space may become subject to availability. In that case, it is usually possible to park on the street in front of the building, which is free.

App-based ride services like Uber and 99 work very well in the area and are often the most practical and safe way to move around the city.

Guests will have full access to all areas of the penthouse, including the balcony and private jacuzzi.

The Novo Rio bus terminal is about 28 km (~45 minutes away). For public transport, the Alvorada BRT Terminal is 2.5 km away, providing connections to many parts of the city, and Jardim Oceânico metro station is 3.5 km away, offering easy access to other regions of Rio.
