The only restrictions to be observed are the usage hours for some specific amenities. The jacuzzi, for example, is available from 5 PM to 10 PM, and the pool follows a predefined usage schedule set by the condominium.

We hada lovely time in the l flat. The views from the balcony are incredible and the sunset the best.
The location of the apartments is great, close to restaurants and amenities. We particularly love the beach bar - Bondai, just in front of the flat.
Simone was a great host, very communicative and responsive.
We travelled as a family of 5 and found the space a bit tight but it didn’t matter as we spent most of the time on the beach and going out.
We loved our stay in this apartment and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Barra.

Our stay at Simone’s property was wonderful. From check-in to check-out, Simone was there to walk us through every step of the way. I had an issue with the toilet and they had someone in the property the very next morning to have it fixed. Every question or concern I had, Simone and her team took care of it right away. The property feels like a home away from home. And the view? One in a million. Definitely will be back and recommending this to all friends and family traveling to Rio.

Simone’s place felt like home for 2 LA natives, and safe & walkable made the place Priceless to Us. Pineapple was one of our favorite restaurants to eat while there and the staff was friendly and made us feel at home. We loved shopping and cooking our own breakfast. Llegamos una hora antes del cheking (no es facil coacular tiempos de avión) y no sabíamos el piso que era, por lo que la gente de vigilancia tuvo que hacer averiguaciones. Esperamos una hora y nos pasaron un código de acceso al celular. Absolutamente impersonal. NO me gusta este sistema de Airbnb. Ya en España estaba sin batería en el celular y me dejó por una rato largo en la calle.
Pienso que para ciertes circunstancias tendré que volver al hotel.
Una vez que entramos todo fue muy bien.

Apartamente excelente com uma sacada deliciosa com uma vista da praia incrível. O condominio estava sem água, o que impossibitou o uso da piscina, mas a infra do condomio era maior que recebemos a divulgação. A academia bem estruturada, e uma sala de jogos bem legal. Tinha tbm alguns brinquedos para crianças que não sabiamos, no andar da piscina. O condominio tbm é próximo da Olegario que é a principal rua da barra da tijuca. Quem quer menos muvuca e mais segurança, é uma baita opção.

Tivemos uma estadia ótima! O apartamento oferece uma vista extraordinária tanto para o nascer quanto para o pôr do sol, realmente um dos grandes destaques da hospedagem.
A localização também é excelente — próximo à Av. Olegário, com grande variedade de restaurantes, bares, mercados, farmácias e serviços, o que facilita muito a rotina.
A única observação é que sentimos falta de jogo de louças para compor a mesa posta.
Recomendo muito. E voltaremos com certeza!

O apartamento é lindo, decoração de muito bom gosto, com todos os utensílios necessários e com uma vista inexplicável da praia. O pôr do sol é incrível! Havia mimos que adoramos, como biscoitinhos, chocolate, torradas e também o essencial da cozinha, como sal, açúcar e pó de café. As nossas demandas foram atendidas rapidamente. O condomínio é seguro e os porteiros são muito simpáticos e acessíveis. Para quem gosta, a academia é bem completa! Muito bom ter cadeiras de praia e guarda-sol disponíveis. Há vários restaurantes e barzinhos ao redor que se pode ir a pé durante o dia. Adoramos tudo!

El departamento es soñado, la vista es espectacular. Zona muy tranquila de Barra, esa parte de la Playa Pepe fue mucho más tranquila de lo que esperaba, me encantó. El departamento es comodísimo, muy bien equipado. Lo super recomiendo. La próxima vez que vaya voy a tratar de quedarme ahí de nuevo.

Excelente departamento con vista al mar. Es tal cual está en la descripción. Ante alguna duda simone siempre me respondió rápido y fue flexible para el check in y check out. Lo volvería a elegir. Solo cambiaría las almohadas de la habitación grande que no nos parecieron cómodas.. Lo demás es todo maravilloso!

La vista al mar es única. Las comodidades del departamento y del edificio valen mucho la pena. Cercano a la avenida llena de restaurantes y comercios. La comunicación con los anfitriones fue excelente. Sin duda volvería a alquilar el departamento de volver a Barra de Tijuca.

Simone y su equipo estuvieron siempre pendiente de nosotros. Hicimos una solicitud y nos atendieron en minutos. El apartamento bellísimo súper cómodo y lleno todas nuestras expectativas y mas. Pequeños detalles que hacen diferencia con ellos. Lo recomiendo 100% si quieres una estadía tranquila en Barra. Las toallas Y sábanas olían muy bien. Había algunas cosas para ayudarte a cocinar (aceite, sal, café, azúcar). En fin nos sentimos como en casa
