The balcony is spacious and open, with a glass railing. Do not lean or sit on the railing, or stand on chairs or any other objects. Children must always be supervised by an adult. On rainy days, the floor may become slippery — avoid running. Some items show natural wear, such as the kitchen table, jacuzzi deck, and wine cooler. Construction noise may occur during business hours, according to condominium rules. The condominium pool is under renovation, expected to reopen in August 2025, subject to change. TV is available in the living room.
