The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, with windows facing the street — some street noise may occur at times. The building has an elevator that serves all floors, but access to it requires going up or down half a flight of stairs. For this, there is an auxiliary lift exclusively for wheelchair users. The key lockbox is simple to use, and access instructions are sent before check-in. Laundry products such as detergent and fabric softener may not be available in the shared laundry room.

There is no dedicated parking space for the apartment. If you plan to arrive by car, you will need to park on the street using the city’s metered system (approx. R$2 for 2 hours, subject to change). There are also private parking lots nearby, but prices may vary.
