The apartment is on the 6th floor, facing the back of the building, and is generally quiet—though occasional construction noise may occur. The living room has a view of Dois Irmãos and, from a specific angle, Christ the Redeemer. The laundry area has a washer-dryer, but the drying function should not be used. The AC in the living room works only in fan mode. The Smart TV works with Wi-Fi only and does not include live TV—guests can log into their own streaming apps.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment, except for a small locked room that does not appear in the listing photos. It’s a “utility closet” used only by the cleaning staff to store operational supplies. It has no impact on your stay or the available amenities.

• Blinds and windows are new: handle them gently.
• Make sure the oven flame is properly lit before use.
• Do not flush toilet paper, sanitary pads, or any other objects down the toilet. Use the trash bin.
• Do not pour food scraps into the sink. There’s no garbage disposal, and the pipes clog easily.
• The dishwasher only sprays water; it does not scrub. Use only for pre-washed dishes.
• Leave the washing machine door open after use to air it out. Do not use the dryer.
• Close the window blinds to avoid sun damage to the floors and furniture.
• Do not wet the living room floor or pour water on the bathroom (outside the shower) or kitchen floor — they are not waterproofed.
• The air conditioner in the living room (above the mirror) works only in ventilation mode.
• Smoking is not allowed.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Guests not listed in the reservation are not permitted.
• Do not take the towels to the beach.
• Do not place wet items on beds or the sofa, and do not sit on them while wet.
• All guests must send a clear photo (front and back) of a valid ID with CPF and RG.
• Guests with ratings of 4.9 or lower may have their booking canceled.
• Check-out must be done at the scheduled time.
• Do not leave dirty dishes at check-out.
• Close all doors and windows before leaving.
• Use the foot shower at the building entrance after returning from the beach.
• Violation of any of these rules may result in a fine equivalent to one night’s stay.
