To ensure that you plan your stay with complete transparency, we highlight some important information:

Parking: The building offers 1 parking space. However, the service is paid separately directly at the reception/administration of the building. The fee is R$ 20.00.

Air Conditioning: The bedroom features a modern and powerful digital window air conditioner. The living room benefits from excellent natural ventilation from the beachfront and has additional climate control.

Premium Linens: We provide high-quality bed linens and bath towels that are washed and sanitized for your arrival.

Condominium Rules: Since we are in a high-standard residential building, respect for quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and rules for the common areas is strictly required.

The social area features an open-concept layout, bringing together a fully equipped kitchen (with an IBBL water purifier and gourmet faucet) and a cozy living room with a Smart TV and indirect LED lighting.

The bedroom offers excellent storage space, a comfortable headboard, and an inspiring beach-facing workspace. The bathroom is complete with a wall-mounted hairdryer (with integrated USB ports) and premium sustainable amenities.

For your convenience, the apartment is just a 10-minute drive from the Jardim Oceânico Subway Station (Line 4), allowing quick and secure connections to the South Zone and downtown Rio de Janeiro.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment shown in the photos (living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and balcony). Only a few specific service cabinets or designated niches will be locked, as these are for use by the logistics and housekeeping team to ensure linen replacement.

In addition, you can take advantage of the excellent leisure facilities and amenities offered by the condominium, including the beautiful front pool, jacuzzi, sauna, coworking space (meeting room), laundry, and the internal convenience store. Some of these common areas may require prior booking or specific usage fees determined by the building management.

How to get around:

Rideshare services: This is the safest, fastest, and most recommended option for traveling around the city of Rio de Janeiro. Cars usually arrive within minutes.

Subway: The nearest subway station is Jardim Oceânico (Line 4), which easily connects you to the South Zone (Copacabana, Ipanema) and the Downtown area. It is about 10 to 12 minutes away by car or taxi.

Buses: There are regular bus lines running along the beach avenue itself and on the main parallel roads (Avenida das Américas).
