Parking: The condominium offers 1 parking space free of charge. However, it is necessary to send your vehicle details through the platform chat along with the guest documentation. If vehicle details are defined after the documentation is submitted, please inform them through the platform chat.

Air Conditioning: The bedroom features a modern and powerful digital window air conditioner. The living room benefits from excellent natural ventilation from the waterfront as well as additional climate control support.

Premium Linen: We provide high-quality bed linens and bath towels, washed and sanitized for your arrival.

Condominium Rules: As we are in a high-standard residential condominium, respect for the quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM and the rules of common areas is strictly required.

For your convenience, the apartment is just a 10-minute drive from Jardim Oceânico Metro Station (Line 4), making fast and safe connections to the South Zone and downtown Rio de Janeiro easily accessible.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment shown in the photos (living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and balcony). Only a few specific service cabinets or marked niches will be locked, as they are reserved for the logistics and housekeeping team to ensure linen replenishment.

Additionally, you can enjoy the excellent leisure facilities and amenities offered by the condominium, including the beautiful swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, coworking space (meeting room), laundry room, and the internal convenience market. Some of these common areas may require prior booking or specific usage fees as determined by the building management.
