Preservation: Please do not move the large plant pot located in the living room to avoid scratching the floor. The sofas are genuine leather and very sensitive, so please handle them with care.

Floor care: The classic wooden parquet floor has been coated with a special, highly sensitive resin; please avoid dragging suitcases or furniture.

Table use: The yoga mat located in Bedroom 2 is strictly for decorative/personal use by the owner, so we ask that you do not handle it. For your meals and to place objects, please always use the dining table in the living room with the protector that is already placed on it.

Amenities: As this is a classic building, the unit does not have a washing machine or an iron.

Garage: The condominium does not have a parking space.

Communication: The apartment does not have an intercom.

Guests will have free and exclusive access to all areas of the apartment shown in the photos, including the two bedrooms, living/dining room, bathroom, and kitchen. Only specific cabinets that are locked will remain restricted during the rental.
