To ensure your stay is wonderful and that our apartment remains in perfect condition for future guests, we kindly ask for special attention to the following rules for maintaining the space:

Preservation: Do not move the large plant pot located in the living room, to avoid scratching the floor. The sofas are made of genuine leather and are very delicate, so please handle them with care.

If you are returning from the beach or have sandy feet, please use the foot wash station available in the building before entering the apartment.

Floor care: The classic wooden parquet floor has a special, highly sensitive resin finish; avoid dragging suitcases or furniture.

Use of tables: The runner in Bedroom 2 is strictly a decorative/personal item belonging to the owner, so please do not handle it. For your meals and as a surface, always use the dining table in the living room with the protective cover that is already placed on it.

Facilities: As this is a classic building, the unit does not have a washing machine or an iron.

Parking: The building does not offer a parking space.

Communication: The apartment does not have an intercom.

Guests will have free and exclusive access to all areas of the apartment shown in the photos, including the two bedrooms, living/dining room, bathroom, and kitchen. Only specific cabinets that are locked will remain restricted during the rental.
