You can reach the subway (metro) in about 10 minutes via BRT. The condominium offers a cafeteria, a pool, and a sauna. Located on a high, quiet floor, it has a lovely ocean view. We'll do everything we can to make you feel at home!

The living room features a 65-inch TV with a Wii video game, games, and streaming platforms (Netflix, Amazon, Star+, and HBO Max). There is also a balcony with a table, two chairs, and a hammock for you to lie down and relax.

Guests have access to all parts of the apartment. The back utility room is used as a storage space for cleaning supplies and other items. We ask that you only use these materials if you plan to clean or if instructed by the host.
