Attention to the unit details:

* The refrigerator is a vintage/old model, working perfectly but with a more dated appearance.

* The apartment is a duplex and has a spiral staircase to access the upper floor (where the second suite is located). The other suite is on the lower floor, next to the living room. Extra caution is recommended for young children or people with reduced mobility due to the staircase.

* There is a window air conditioner in the living room and in the suite on the lower floor. For the second suite (upper floor), we provide tower fans for ventilation and comfort.

* There is no guest bathroom in the apartment, only private bathrooms inside each suite. * Initial amenities (shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap) are provided for your arrival."

The green spiral staircase brings a charming nautical design touch and leads you to the upper floor, where views of Pedra da Gávea and the mountains offer the perfect backdrop to wake up in the family suite. The Wi-Fi is reliable for those needing connectivity during their stay.

Guests will have free and exclusive access to all areas of the duplex apartment as shown in the photos. This includes the living room, kitchen, the suite on the lower floor, and the suite on the upper floor. Locked cabinets or areas marked as 'private' are for rental logistics and are not available for use. Access to the shared facilities of the condominium (pool, sports courts, mini market) is allowed as long as schedules and internal rules are respected. Important: to use the pool, a medical certificate is required.
