Our apartment was prepared to offer a functional and extremely comfortable stay in the best location in Barra. The unit is airy, featuring an inviting living room (equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed and TV) integrated into a dining area and practical kitchen for your meals. The balcony is a highlight, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view. In addition to internal comfort, you will be surrounded by the incredible leisure infrastructure of Four Seasons. The location in Parque das Rosas allows easy access to everything on foot, and if you need to go to the South Zone, the Jardim Oceânico subway station is just a 15-minute Uber ride away.


For everyone's safety, it is mandatory to send a photo of the ID documents (Passport or ID) of all guests in advance for registration at the condo. Visitors are not allowed without authorization. The apartment is delivered clean and with basic linens (bedding and towels) for the number of people in the reservation.
