For reservations for 2 people we are preparing the queen bed in the upstairs loft. If you would like a separate bed on the sofa bed on the 1st floor, please advise at the time of booking. For knowledge: We are not responsible for: Lack, failure, suspension or interruption of public service provision (water, gas and electricity) or fluctuations in internet and TV services - for which I have not given cause (lack of payment). Rules to be followed: 1° - According to current legislation, minors must be accompanied by their parents or guardians. The person making the reservation must remain in the accommodation along with other guests for the entire duration of the reservation. Hiring hosting for third parties is prohibited. 2° - Do not confuse document requirements for reservation and document requirements to authorize entry into the building. There are 2 separate acts. 3° - Visits are prohibited, except when scheduled and authorized. The building's concierge professionals, along with cameras, will record visits. When there is a visitor or guest who is not notified, there will be a fine of R$500.00 per visitor/guest exceeding the reservation. 4° - Conscientious and sustainable use of electricity - excess expenses will be charged extra. 15 Kw/day franchise. If you exceed the deductible, you will be charged an excess of R$5.00 per kW above. . Please turn off lights and electrical appliances (especially air conditioning) when leaving, and always close windows and doors when using air conditioning. 5° - Please keep music, sounds and noise at a level suitable for a family building. Music and loud sounds are prohibited after 10 pm, subject to penalties imposed by the condominium. 6° - Garbage Disposal - all trash produced by the guest must be discarded in the trash can at the end of the corridor. The trash can is in the hallway towards the elevators, last door on the right at the end, put recycled trash in the basket and the remaining non-recyclable trash throw in the collection window. 7° The apartment does not have a safety on the window. The railing is 90 cm high, we recommend paying attention when there are smaller guests, or people unable to look after themselves. 8° - Please do not place clothes on beds and sofas, nor towels, to avoid the risk of burning them. For your comfort and safety we offer an ironing table, which is in the service area. 9° - Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. A fee equal to the cleaning fee will be charged for sanitizing and deodorizing the property if it is identified that the guest smoked. Smoking is only permitted on the rooftop terrace, with all glass doors closed to prevent smoke inside the apartment. NOTE: the use of any cigarette, drink or anything considered illegal under Brazilian law is prohibited. 11° - The property must be returned in an organized manner. Excessive dirt will result in an extra cleaning fee. 12°- All items in the apartment, including utensils, electronics, bed/bath linen, remote controls and furniture, must be returned complete and in their original condition. Losses or damages must be reimbursed. 13°- For your safety and comfort, condominium employees are present to clean and organize shared spaces. Treat them with the respect they deserve. 14° - on the day of checkout, the guest must immediately communicate via message on the platform, to record their departure time. Remembering that the checkout time limit is 12 pm 15° - the hot tub is not disclosed in the advertisement due to a hidden infiltration problem. The taps must be closed to avoid increasing the problem. If this rule is disobeyed, a fine of R$500.00 plus the cost of repairing the damage to the apartment below 16°- if the access card for the canal crossing boat is lost, the replacement cost will be passed on to the guest.
